Business Development Executive – France & Benelux
Location: France (remote within Europe possible)

The Role
This is a commercial, outbound-focused Business Development Executive role, responsible for generating high-quality first conversations with enterprise prospects in France and Benelux.
You will focus on top-of-funnel activity, working closely with Marketing and Sales to engage target accounts, qualify interest, and convert outreach into meaningful sales meetings. This role does not own deal closing or project delivery.
What you will do:
Drive top-of-funnel demand by identifying, targeting, and engaging qualified enterprise prospects through cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and content-led sequences aligned with our ABM priorities. You will turn Bolt Insight’s presence across content, events, and referrals into high-quality first conversations with decision-makers across enterprise prospects, converting interest into qualified meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Execute high-volume, personalised outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, event follow-ups, content drops) to generate first-touch engagement with ICPs.
Research target organisations and stakeholders to tailor outreach to real business challenges.
Work closely with Marketing to activate ABM plays: prioritised enterprise accounts, tailored value propositions, case studies, and service claims.
Build and maintain lead lists in France and Benelux and ensure CRM accuracy (HubSpot).
Arrange intro calls/first meetings for Business Development Managers; ensure smooth handover and context briefing.
Track and improve performance (reply rates, meetings booked, account coverage).

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years experience in outbound SDR/BDR, market research, insights, SaaS sales, or agency outreach roles.
Fluent French and English (written & spoken)- Dutch is a nice to have
Familiar with ABM concepts, segmentation, ICP frameworks, HubSpot and Amplemarket
Genuine interest in insights, market research, and how consumer understanding informs business decisions (prior experience not required).
Strong written communication skills and confidence engaging stakeholders
